The Sushi by Sea Omakase Experience

Enjoy our freshly sourced fish from Japan and around the world.   At Sushi by Sea, our mission is to bring people together through good food and positive experiences.

Each offering is personally crafted and curated by our Chef to take you on a journey of passion while playfully enlightening your tastebuds with various accompanying finishes that enhance the profile, texture and taste of the fish.   We constantly look to evolve and innovate our menu based on seasonally available produce as well as incorporate ingredients from our owners backgrounds and travels which gives life to bringing all cultures together at our sushi counter.

What to expect
Each seating is priced at $150 per person and lasts 2 hours.  This consists of 16 offerings, includes complimentary Sushi by Sea Seawater (Sake) and a little something sweet at the end.

You are welcome to reorder any piece in the seating, at an additional charge.

To enhance the experience and setting, we kindly ask that you reserve your seats in pairs of two.

For your convenience, we are a BYOB establishment. There is. $25 charge per bottle.

Seating:
Each seating lasts 2 hours, we ask that guests arrive and leave timely so that the next round of guests can enjoy the same experience.  Should you arrive late, the first 3 courses will be placed on the table for you, we will try our best to ensure you enjoy all the courses, however, the remaining courses will be served as and where you enter service.  Please text and let us know if you are running late.

Reservation Terms and Conditions:
While we try to accommodate all requests within reason, provided these are shared 72 hours ahead of the reservation.  Every effort will be made to accommodate our guests, however there may be times that requests can’t be accommodated.  Reservation cost will remain the same.

Dietary Needs and Restrictions:
We ask that all guests share any allergies and/or other dietary restrictions 72 hours ahead of your reservation.  We are not kosher, but will try our best to accommodate all and any requests we can.  We are unfortunately not able to accommodate any vegan or vegetarian diets since our menu comprises predominantly of fish.

Cancellation Policy:
Any cancellation or changes made within 72 hours of the reservation date is subject to a cancellation fee equal to the price of the omakase dinner.
